KRIS
Professional choreographer and heels instructor with over 15 years of professional dance training and more than 5 years of heels dance teaching experience. Her dance journey began at the age of 5 with Korean traditional dance and ballet. As she grew older, she developed a passion for K-pop dance, which inspired her to pursue dance more seriously. She later trained professionally in a wide range of street dance styles, including Hip Hop, Waacking, Jazz Funk etc, building a strong technical foundation, versatility and performance quality that continue to shape her movement today. Over the years, Kris discovered her true passion in Heels dance. She has trained with renowned instructors from across East Asia and the West, continuously refining her technique while developing her own powerful, feminine and performance-driven style. In class, Kris combines technical precision with confidence, musicality and self-expression. Students will learn not only choreography, but also floorwork, walking techniques, clean lines, body control, performance quality, facial expressions and stage presence. She believes that heels is more than just dance—it is a way to build confidence, embrace femininity and express individuality. Known for her positive energy, attention to detail and supportive teaching style, Kris creates a fun and welcoming environment where dancers of all levels can challenge themselves, improve their technique and leave every class feeling stronger, more confident and empowered.
