St Leonards: 87 Chandos Street, St Leonards NSW 2065. CBD: Level 6, 630 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The course name and booking card identify the campus. Always check the address for your chosen class; a booking at one campus does not reserve a place at the other.

NINA's current CBD Kids class is listed for ages 4+ and lasts 45 minutes. It costs AUD $35 when paid directly, or 1.5 standard points. A parent or legal guardian manages the booking, enters the child's name and provides reliable contact details. One account can book one child per session; contact the studio to arrange siblings. The First Timer adult offer cannot be used for Kids classes. Please check age requirements and arrange safe collection.

Check the level and style on the class listing rather than assuming every class is for beginners. If you are new, contact the studio with your experience and preferred style so we can help identify a suitable class. For an injury or medical concern, seek appropriate independent advice and discuss relevant safety needs privately with the instructor.

Bring water, comfortable clothing you can move in and footwear suitable for the listed class. Follow any specific instructor instructions. Arrive early enough to prepare, warm up and check in. Keep valuables secure, avoid obstructing dance space and stop participating if you feel pain or unwell. Ask the studio beforehand if the class requires anything specific.

Private classes are currently paused. Please book the current regular classes or MINISHOW courses shown in Schedule. Private classes may be added later; contact the studio if you would like to enquire. Do not purchase an old private ticket without checking with us first.

Booking a class is not blanket permission to use your image for marketing. Optional public promotional use is explained and consent requested separately, with appropriate guardian permission for children who cannot consent. You may decline optional promotional use. Any performance-specific filming arrangements should be explained in advance. Ask permission before filming another student or instructor, and contact us about privacy or removal requests.

No. You can browse the timetable, instructors and ticket information without an account. An account is needed to purchase a pass or book a class. Use accurate contact details and keep them current so we can contact you about bookings, cancellations or emergencies.

Our current timetable includes adult dance classes at St Leonards and CBD, NINA's Kids class in CBD, and MINISHOW courses. Regular adult classes are generally 1 hour; the listed Kids class is 45 minutes. MINISHOW includes the full set of dates listed for that course. Styles include Popping, Floorwork, Locking, Afro, Hip Hop, Choreography, Girls Style and K-Pop. Private classes are currently paused. Check each listing for its level, instructor and location.

Buying points or Unlimited does not reserve a class place. Open Schedule and confirm your chosen class afterwards; My Page lists confirmed bookings. Paying a single-class booking directly from Schedule, or a whole-event booking from EVENTS, automatically reserves the selected session(s) after payment confirmation. Do not pay again while an earlier payment is still being checked.

A full class cannot accept another confirmed booking. Current limits are 25 participants for adult classes and MINISHOW enrolments, and 20 for Kids classes. Contact the studio to ask about a released place or another suitable session; an enquiry does not itself reserve a place. Please do not turn up expecting entry without a confirmed booking.

A booking applies to the specific class, date and campus shown. It does not transfer automatically to another session or instructor. Contact staff to discuss a change; the cancellation deadline, pass eligibility and availability still apply. If we make a material change ourselves, we will discuss the appropriate options and your legal rights.

We will take reasonable steps to notify affected students. Contact 2swaggstudio@gmail.com to discuss an appropriate replacement, restored booking credits or any remedy required by law. Any exceptional monetary refund is reviewed by studio management and processed by an authorised administrator to the original payment method. Cancelling a booking does not automatically refund its payment. Compulsory studio credit does not replace a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Open Schedule and check the date, Sydney local time, campus and level. Sign in, choose BOOK NOW and confirm using your eligible points or Unlimited Pass. You can also pay the listed single-class AUD price and reserve that class in one checkout. Kids bookings require the child's name. Your confirmed booking appears in My Page.

Cancel in My Page at least 24 hours before the class starts (Sydney time); a whole course uses its first session deadline. Within 24 hours the Cancel button is disabled. Eligible points return once to their original packs with their original expiry dates; Unlimited dates do not extend. Late cancellation and no-shows forfeit the booking. Payments are final for change of mind or personal circumstances. Customers cannot initiate monetary refunds online. For duplicate charges, verified payment errors, studio-caused cancellations or non-excludable legal rights, contact 2swaggstudio@gmail.com. Studio management reviews exceptional refunds separately; approved refunds return to the original payment method.

Yes. AUD $100 courses can be redeemed for 5 standard pts; AUD $80 courses for 4 standard pts. Both include all course sessions + performer admission to AFTER DARK on 15 November 2026, not an extra audience ticket. First Timer and Unlimited are excluded. There is no minimum 10-point purchase: eligible standard balances combine, and must remain valid through all course dates. Course cancellation closes 24 hours before the first session; after that, the entire course and all points paid cannot be cancelled or returned, including later sessions. Single MINISHOW sessions cost AUD $25, exclude performer admission, and the final rehearsal cannot be booked separately.

Kids classes use 1.5 standard points each. A 5-point pack at AUD $110 works out to AUD $33 per Kids class; 10 points at AUD $200 works out to AUD $30; 20 points at AUD $390 works out to AUD $29.25. You pay the full pack price upfront, not the per-class equivalent. Leftover half points remain in the same pack and can combine with another eligible pack, keeping their original expiry. A Kids single class paid directly is AUD $35.

Your MINISHOW course includes your own performer admission to AFTER DARK. You do not need to buy yourself an audience ticket. If you join multiple teams, My Page shows one personal admission, linked to your active enrolments. Friends and family need separate audience tickets from EVENTS. The limited audience allocation is separate from performer admissions.

No. Points and Unlimited Passes are one-time purchases. A new Unlimited purchase adds its days after your existing active Unlimited period, rather than discarding remaining days. Your pass dates and eligible scope are shown in My Page. A new points purchase does not extend old points.

Yes. The system automatically combines eligible standard balances from separate purchases, including half points. It uses the points expiring soonest first. First Timer points remain restricted to adult regular classes; class-specific legacy points remain restricted to the original class. Expired points, MINISHOW and audience tickets cannot be paid for using standard points.

No. The 30-day AUD $399 and 90-day AUD $1,188 Unlimited Passes include regular adult and Kids classes, masterclasses, workshops and pop-up classes. They exclude MINISHOW, audience admission tickets and private classes. Reserve every class; every session must fall within the pass dates. The old 7-day and 14-day passes are no longer sold. Previously purchased passes retain their original conditions.

Sign in with the same account used for checkout and check My Page. A return from checkout alone does not prove payment succeeded; the site verifies the provider's payment before crediting a pass or booking. If the page says staff review is required, or your receipt shows payment but the purchase is missing, email 2swaggstudio@gmail.com with the order reference. Do not pay a second time while the first payment is unclear.

The First Timer offer is 3 adult regular classes for AUD $45 (3 points, valid 10 days from payment), once per eligible new student as their first class/pass purchase. It cannot be used for Kids, MINISHOW, audience tickets, workshops or pop-up classes. New Member purchases and promotional codes are temporarily paused. Existing Member records remain in the admin system, but automatic Member discounts are temporarily paused. Standard points packs cost AUD $110 / $200 / $390 for 5 / 10 / 20 points for all accounts. Already completed purchases retain their original terms. Fixed-price offers, Unlimited and direct class/event purchases do not receive an extra discount.

Standard points packs work across eligible classes: adult regular classes cost 1 point and Kids regular classes cost 1.5 points. Eligible points from different packs combine automatically, using the earliest expiry first. The First Timer offer is separate and covers adult regular classes only. Unlimited is available for 30 or 90 days and covers regular adult and Kids classes, masterclasses, workshops and pop-up classes, excluding MINISHOW, audience tickets and private classes. Buying a points pack or Unlimited Pass does not reserve a class; confirm each class in Schedule.

The First Timer 3-point offer lasts 10 days; 5 points last 90 days; 10 points last 180 days; 20 points last 240 days. Standalone 1-point top-ups are no longer sold. Previously purchased points retain their original expiry conditions. Validity starts when payment is confirmed. Each purchase keeps its original expiry date, including after cancellation; buying another pack does not extend earlier points. Your class must take place before the points used expire. Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page. Enter your account email, then use the 6-digit email code to set a new password. The code expires in 10 minutes; check your spam folder if necessary. Referral rewards are standard Points added automatically. They expire 30 days after issue; each batch keeps its own expiry. The class must take place before expiry. Rewards cannot be transferred or cashed out. Points do not reserve a class: choose and confirm in Schedule.

Choose your Points Pack, regular single class or whole Event, then open Have a promo code? before the AUD payment. Apply the code and review the AUD total before continuing. Each code applies to its selected purchase type, products or Events, Sydney dates and buyer limits. Event codes exclude individual course sessions. Points and Unlimited payments cannot be discounted. One code per order. Official campaign links can prefill an existing code.

A Coupon replaces referral rewards for that purchase. No Coupon stacking. One reward path per new friend. First reward wins: a booking reward prevents any later pack referral reward for either person; a pack reward prevents an extra booking reward. Rewards never stack. Remove the Coupon before payment if you want the eligible referral reward instead.

Failed or cancelled payments earn nothing. Refunds, payment disputes and erroneous payments can reverse associated referral rewards. Used rewards require Studio review. This does not change statutory consumer rights.
