Private lesson policy

1:1 tuition only. Cancel or request a change at least 24 hours before the lesson to keep that lesson credit. Within 24 hours, contact the studio; no automatic credit return. A cancelled paid lesson stays as private lesson credit for the same teacher and duration. Package validity starts at payment; all lessons must finish before expiry. No automatic cash refund. Studio cancellations retain your lesson credit; contact the studio if you need another remedy. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Paid standard Points can be used at the agreed private price. First Timer, Unlimited, Referral and bonus Points do not apply. Private packages belong to one student, teacher and lesson duration.
