How do I book with points?

Buy a points pack, open Schedule, choose a class and confirm your booking. Eligible points are combined automatically. Buying a pack alone does not reserve a place.

Why do Kids classes cost 1.5 points?

Kids single classes are $35. Standard points packs work for Kids at 1.5 points per class. Switch to Kids above to compare the exact per-class cost. The first-time offer is for adult regular classes only.

When do my points or pass expire?

Validity starts when payment is confirmed. Each purchase keeps its own expiry date. New purchases do not extend older points. You can only book sessions that take place within the applicable validity period.

Can I cancel a booking?

Cancel at least 24 hours before the class starts (Sydney time), or before the first session of a whole course. Eligible points return to their original packs with their original expiry dates. Payments are not refunded for change of mind or personal circumstances. No self-service cancellation within 24 hours. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

All prices are in AUD. No subscription or automatic renewal. Pack prices are paid upfront. Your exact total is confirmed before payment.
